帮助与购买说明
更新日期：2026 年 10 月 13 日。以下说明适用于 iOS 正式 App；网页版是独立预览，记录不互通。
核心功能免费，自愿支持一次付款
三档支持均为 Apple 消耗型内购。每次购买只产生一次付款，不自动续费，不解锁核心功能，不增加愿望实现概率，也不是捐赠或募捐。实际币种和价格以 App 内从 App Store 读取的价格及 Apple 确认页为准。
付款未完成或暂时无法购买
取消购买不会收费，也不会影响免费功能。如果出现“等待批准”，请等待 Apple 的付款批准结果；不要为同一笔待处理付款反复操作。商品无法加载时可稍后重试，并核对商店地区和网络。App 及内购是否在所在地区提供，以 App Store 为准。
购买记录、换机和退款
支持记录保存在当前设备。消耗型支持不提供永久解锁权益，因此没有把打赏当成会员权益的“恢复购买”功能；换机或重装后，本机显示记录可能不保留，Apple 账单仍可用于核对历史付款。退款申请由 Apple 审查；可访问 Apple 退款入口 或 Apple 账单支持。开发者不能保证退款获批。
语音输入与声音胶囊
在 iOS“设置 → 隐私与安全性”中管理麦克风和语音识别权限。语音输入可选，也可用键盘。声音胶囊是本机短录音，可在手账页面替换或删除；Apple 系统语音识别是否联网取决于系统条件。
晚间音频与 Widget
在“手账 → 晚间聆听设置”选择内容，再打开“今晚的此刻”。中英文预录 AI 男声与逐字稿随 App 提供。自定义场景使用开放式引导，不会逐字朗读私人输入。Widget 未更新时，先打开 App 完成设置、抽取一次心签，再尝试移除并重新添加 Widget。
重置、数据与版本
“重新发愿”会先保留本地恢复快照，重置不是永久抹除。声音胶囊请单独删除，系统备份等副本请按 iOS 设置管理。没有云端账号，记录不会自动同步到公司官网或网页版。已发布版本为 1.1.0（9）；个性化好运卡链接分享属于后续版本功能。
产品用途
念念提供书写、反思与习惯练习，不预测结果，也不提供医疗、心理诊断、法律或财务建议。App 内编辑故事是明确标注的合成示例，不是实时用户证言。付费支持与任何功效或“灵验”无关。

Free core features and optional tips
The three support items are consumable Apple In-App Purchases. Each is a single payment, not a subscription, feature unlock, charitable donation or promise of an outcome. The price and currency shown by the App Store and Apple's confirmation sheet apply.
Purchase issues and refunds
Cancellation does not charge you or affect free features. A pending purchase awaits Apple's approval. Retry unavailable product loading later and check your storefront and connection. Local tip records may not survive device changes or reinstallation. Consumable support has no permanent membership entitlement to restore. Check your Apple receipt and use Apple's refund request page or Billing Support; Apple determines refunds.
Voice, audio and widgets
Manage microphone and speech permissions in iOS Settings; typing is always available. Voice capsules are local recordings. Choose evening audio in Journal → Evening listening. Chinese and English recordings and transcripts are bundled offline. Custom scenes use generic guidance rather than speaking private text. For widgets, open the app, finish setup and draw a daily card; then try removing and adding the widget again.
Local data and version scope
Starting a new intention retains a recovery snapshot, so resetting is not permanent erasure. Delete voice capsules separately and manage system backups through iOS Settings. There is no developer cloud synchronization. The released version is 1.1.0 (9); personalized luck-card link sharing belongs to a later version. LumiVow is a writing and reflection tool, not prediction, professional advice or treatment.
